what it's
like to
work with me

No account managers, no handoffs to a junior team. Just a clear process, senior hands, and a site that's built to hold up long after launch.

it starts with a conversation

Before I talk timelines or pages, I want to understand the business — who you're trying to reach, what you need them to do, and where the current site gets in the way. No template is handed out before the problem is understood.

I take on a limited number of clients at a time, which means the person who hears the problem is the person who solves it. Nothing gets lost between the pitch and the build.

How I Think →

how an engagement unfolds

01

discovery

I start with a real conversation about your business, your customers, and what the site actually needs to accomplish. I map the structure and agree on scope before a single screen is designed — so there are no surprises later.

02

design & build

Structure and hierarchy first, visual polish second. You'll see the site take shape in stages, with room to react and adjust before anything is locked in. The people you met are the people writing the code.

03

launch & support

I launch, test across devices, and hand off a site that's clean and easy to maintain. If you'd rather not manage it yourself, retainer support keeps it current, fast, and looked after.

Clear expectations, laptops and analytics

what to expect

Expect plain language and honest timelines. I'll tell you what I'd do and why, and I'll tell you when something you've asked for won't serve the goal. You'll always know what stage I'm at and what's next.

What you won't get is a rotating cast of contacts or a site you can't maintain once I'm gone. The code is clean, organized, and yours to keep — whether you stay on retainer or take it in-house.

ready when you are

Tell me about your business and what you need your site to do. I'll take it from there.
