Every project starts with hierarchy and flow — who is visiting, what they need, and the shortest honest path between them. When the structure is right, the design almost draws itself. When it isn't, no amount of polish will hide it.
Most sites that feel wrong aren't ugly. They're disorganized. I fix the organization before I ever reach for a colour.
My Process →
Everything decorative earns its place or it goes. A quieter page is a faster page, a clearer page, and usually a more persuasive one. I'd rather remove three things than add one — most people feel the difference before they can name it.
The goal isn't minimalism for its own sake. It's making sure nothing on the page is competing with the thing the visitor actually came to do.
