Our Story

A small shop with a long memory.

Mercer & Vale began at a single market stall — one table, a dozen makers, and a stubborn belief that the everyday deserves better objects.

Today the edit spans four departments, but the method hasn't changed: we meet the makers, we test the pieces at home, and we only shelve what we'd keep for ourselves. If it isn't useful and it isn't beautiful, it doesn't make the floor.
